Time off
If an employee is entering time off via the Edupay website they will have to navigate to the calendar tab.
On the top right you will see a blue box which has a drop down of the type of leave you wish to take.

If you click add entry you can then request the dates for your intended leave, then click save - this will then be sent to your manager to approve.

Timesheets
To enter a timesheet you will have to navigate to the "my timesheets" tab, select this month and then add entry.

After selecting add entry you will be able to add the hours for the timesheet, the date it is for and the job role the timesheet is allocated to, after saving this will go to your manager to approve.

Expenses
To enter an Expense you will have to navigate to the "expense" tab, select "current" and then add entry.

After selecting add entry you will be able to add the value of the expense, the date is was for and also an option to upload a document such as a receipt/invoice.
