Users are able to amend the calculated value of cost of living backpay relating to overtime by selecting Add on the Adjustment section on the Employee Pay Elements tab. Cost of living TLR Rate is then available as a Pay element option:
This can be used to increase or decrease the value of Backpay Overtime paid to the employee in the current or previous months.
