Adjusting cost of living backpay on salaries – other months

Although the Cost of living – Salary amount cannot be overridden outside of the payment month, users are still able to enter adjustments. 

This can be done by selecting Add on the Adjustment section on the Employee Pay Elements tab. Cost of Living – Salary is then available as a Pay element option: 

This can be used to increase or decrease the value of Cost of living – Salary previously paid to the employee.
