Why is an employee not paying pension contributions?

The criteria for employees to be auto-enrolled into the pension scheme is they need to earn over £10,000 per Annum, it is also required to be 22 years old and above.


If both of these criteria are not met but they still wish to opt in, this will need to be manually actioned.


To do this navigate to the employees Edupay profile --> Job role tab --> edit the role you wish to opt in.--> go to pensions --> enter an opt in date.


After you have clicked edit you will be greeted with the below screen to finalise the opt in step, This is the same process for opting out- simply enter the opt out date.
