Statutory Rate
The new statutory rate for all parental leave options is the same at £194.32 (Old rate £187.18 in 2025)
(Note: SMP/SAP first 6 weeks remain at 90% AWE — unchanged.)
Earnings Threshold (AWE)
Similar to the Rates the earning threshold applies to all Parental Leave options, the new threshold per week is £129 (Old threshold £125 in 2025)
