How to change a deduction i.e Union payments?

You can run the third-party report to see all employees who contribute to a third party. 

Then you need to go into each employee’s EduPay record, go to the pay elements tab and manually override the deduction value for GMB, for example. 

(There is not a way to bulk update the figure)
