Navigate to MAT level (grey bar)

- Pay details
in the top right hand corner there is a box when selecting the drop down there should be a "Add manual section" and fill in the details here.
Once this is done, you can go to the employees’ profile
- Pay elements tab
On the income section select "Add income" then on the list you will be able to select KIT day and add.
In the income section, select show all. You will be able to edit and add the amount to be paid. If this is a one-off payment tick the box and save.
