Adding Elements/deductions/expenses

Pay Elements + Deductions

  1. Mat level of EduPay --> select setup (top of page) --> Select Pay details --> click the blue box at the top right of the page --> click Manual --> enter the name of the Pay element or Deduction --> save.
  2. Go to school Level --> Setup --> Pay details --> click Blue box (top right) --> click Inherit --> select desired elements.

Expenses

  1. Mat Level of EduPay --> Setup --> Expenses --> click Add entry --> Enter expense name--> Save.

        2. School Level of EduPay --> Setup --> Expenses --> Click blue box --> click copy default.
