I have onboarded a staff member and it says the email is already in use, what should I do?

This means that the employee has already registered for EduPay, most likely at a different school or trust. 


The easiest way to get around this is to have the new staff member use a new or different email address.


 Alternatively, they can contact their old school and ask them to remove the email, but be aware, they will lose access to their other account.
