Before your go-live is complete, we will set-up a secure connection to your HMRC government gateway portal, which will allow us to receive HMRC notifications automatically on your behalf. This link to EduPay is set-up to automatically receive these notifications, and in most cases processes these changes on your behalf by mapping to the correct employee. Please be aware that there are occasions in which EduPay cannot action these changes, and will notify you of any errors in this process.
During your go-live month, HMRC will still identify all your employees by their previous employee identifiers, which means our system will not be able to process the link to action these changes automatically. However, all these notifications will still link into EduPay, and any changes that need to be actioned can be changed manually by yourself (This will be demonstrated as part of your comprehensive training).
