This is dependant on your preference. Personal email addresses or school email addresses can be used for EduPay Admins or employee portal access. Email addresses and usernames can be changed at any time for any employee by a member of your EduPay Admin team.
We advise that you are conscious that employees may need access to their EduPay employee portal after leaving to see P45 or payslip information.
