There is no set time when staff need to be granted access to their portal – this is your decision within the school. School admins will receive training and access to the system during the go-live month and be talked through how to grant employee access when they are ready to.
For new schools about to go-live, we recommend sending this email confirmation after you have authorised your first live payroll in EduPay.
