SUN Number: How do you process the payments for us? Do you set up the link with our bank?

For customers with Payroll Plus, our BACs Bureau processes Salary, HMRC, Third Party, and Pension Payments on your behalf each month via a BACs submission. 

We do this via linking our BUN (Bureau User Number) to your SUN number (Service User Number). You must set up your SUN number with your bank first if you have not already (note: this can be a lengthy process). Once you have your SUN number, you will need to link this through your bank to our BUN number (B21104. Our Bureau Name is “Access Pay Systems UK Limited”). 

Once this link is established, we process a test BACs in our system, to ensure that we have the correct details required to process your payments each month. This is a test payment of £1, which will be taken from your first Tes invoice.
