EduPay Christmas Early Pay Dates

With Christmas approaching, we understand that your MAT/School will be breaking up on 19 December. Historically, at this time of year, pay dates are adjusted to ensure staff are paid earlier than usual.

If you require a pay date change, please email edupay-support@tes.com by 28/11/2025 with:

• MAT/School name
• The date you wish for your staff to be paid

Any date change requests received after 28/11/2025 will NOT be processed.

Please ensure you specify which pay run you wish to be paid early, as some MATs/Schools may have several pay dates per month.

Once we have received this information, we will then update our BACS system accordingly to reflect and pay on your chosen date. This alteration will subsequently revert to your standard pay date in January.
