You should expect to get access to the system after the completion of the first parallel run in your site. Your Customer Success Specialist will set-up a training call where you can gain early limited access to the system to audit your school(s), view your site, and make any relevant changes for your employees.
After the completion of the second parallel run, complete access to the site will be given as well as full system training to get you using your site in full to process your first live pay run with us.
