When will we know the parallel run is complete, can we see the run?

The completion of the parallel run can vary based on the size of your trust/school, and the accuracy of the information you have uploaded. Typically, the first parallel run will take the longest to complete, as we are ensuring that we have set-up any relevant pay elements specific to your employees, inputted any statutory leave, and checked all the data we have received is correct. We do this individually per employee by checking our system matches the payslips we request from you to complete the runs. 

You will not have access to view the run while it is being complete. We will keep you informed throughout the process with updates, as well as providing a comprehensive list of queries we may have to ensure that we have everything checked and ready for you to run your payroll. The parallel run data will be available for you after your site has gone live.
